Brush your dog or cat as usual — the fine bristles pick up loose fur from the coat without pulling on the skin. When the bristles are full, press the retraction button: they pull back into the head and the fur releases in one clump, ready to toss straight in the bin. Frequently asked questions
Does the button really release all the fur?
It releases what the bristles picked up in that pass. On a heavy shedder you may press it a couple of times during one brushing session — that's normal, and still far less mess than pulling fur out by hand.
Does it work on cats too?
Yes. The bristles are gentle enough for cats and small dogs, and firm enough for short-to-medium coats on bigger dogs.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
The bristle tips are rounded and it's meant for regular brushing, not close shaving. If your pet has a skin condition, check with your vet first, same as with any grooming tool.
How do I clean the handle and base?
Wipe the handle and base with a damp cloth. Don't submerge the retraction mechanism in water.
How long does shipping take?
