1. Shipping area

We currently ship exclusively to the United States. Need shipping somewhere else? Contact us first through our contact form.

2. Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

3. Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 8 business days after they ship, so plan on your order arriving within about 10 business days of placing it. During high-demand periods (sales, holidays) this may take slightly longer; we'll let you know if we expect significant delays.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

5. Customs and import charges

Your order may be subject to customs duties or import charges depending on the regulations in effect at the time of shipment. Any such charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us at checkout. Contact us if you have questions before ordering.

6. Missing or undelivered orders

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated window, or the carrier marks it delivered but you haven't received it, contact us through our contact form and we'll investigate with the carrier, offering a reshipment or refund depending on the case.
